Twin Pickin!

One of my very fond childhood memories is that of picking strawberries every summer at the Vaughns' farm. My twins' club had a day at the strawberry fields today. We arrived at the farm and Thomas said, "This is where the strawberries live!"



We got right to pickin'.


Thomas was very serious about it. He worked very hard and got a great bucketful of mostly red berries!
Veronica thought that the bucket was her belly. When she got full she thought it was fun to pick the straw (not the berries).

We were rewarded with 6 1/2 pounds of berries to take home and ice cream for lunch!
